In many rural communities in Ghana, education is not guaranteed. Families struggling with poverty often face an impossible choice: put food on the table or send their children to school.

School fees, uniforms, and supplies are out of reach for these children. Many must walk miles to the nearest school—if one is even available. Others stay home, helping with farm work or household chores, their dreams of an education slipping further away each day.

Without access to quality education, these children are vulnerable to child labor, early marriage, and a cycle of poverty that is nearly impossible to break.
